*Sundays before a holiday are charged the Saturday rate

  • 50% of the rental fee is due at contract signing.
  • A refundable* $750 security/damage deposit is due at contract signing.
  • Final payment is due 30 days before your event date.

*security/damage deposit is refundable upon successful completion of your event with no damage to property/premises.

Rental Time Frame is 8 hours with an extra hour before and after your event for set up and breakdown by your caterers. If any additional time is needed there is a charge of $200.00 per extra hour.



The outdoor area to the west of the Kenilworth Club is owned by the Kenilworth Park District and there is an extra fee to use that space:
     $150.00    West Lawn
     $500.00    Tent Usage


Clients are highly suggested to select a licensed caterer who has a current liquor liability certificate from our preferred list. If it is absolutely necessary for a client to choose a caterer not on our preferred list a $500.00 fee will apply and the outside caterer would need to fill out an application for the Kenilworth Club management to review.

No linen is provided, we recommend BBJ Linens.

Note:  Any furniture used outside must be rented.  Approved rental companies are Hall's Rental, House of Rental, BBJ Linen and Windy City Linen.  No exceptions. 

Outdoor lawn area for ceremony or cocktail reception, Fully air-conditioned, sound system, street parking and a small bridal room.


Additional Ameneties available for rent:

Projection screen, baby grand piano (stage only) and a wood burning fireplace.

It is appropriate to offer a gratuity to our custodial staff on the day of your event.

Events with a majority of underage guests must provide security either through the Kenilworth Police Department (847.251.2141) or a private security contractor.
