*Sundays before a holiday are charged the Saturday rate

  • 50% of the rental fee is due at contract signing.
  • A refundable* $750 security/damage deposit is due at contract signing.
  • Final payment is due 30 days before your event date.
  • Not-for-Profit Rate: 10% discount

*security/damage deposit is refundable upon successful completion of your event with no damage to property/premises.

 


OUTDOOR FEES:

The outdoor area to the west of the Kenilworth Club is owned by the Kenilworth Park District and there is an extra fee to use that space:

Catering

Clients are highly suggested to select a licensed caterer who has a current liquor liability certificate from our preferred list. If it is absolutely necessary for a client to choose a caterer not on our preferred list a $500.00 fee will apply and the outside caterer would need to fill out an application for the Kenilworth Club management to review.

No linen is provided.

Note:  Any furniture used outside must be rented.  Approved rental companies are Hall's Rental, Indestructo, House of Rental, Ovation, Arlington Rental, BBJ Linen and Windy City Linen.  No exceptions. 

Amenities
Fully air-conditioned, projection screen, baby grand piano (stage only), upright piano, street parking in area, outdoor lawn available for ceremonies or cocktail receptions.  There is a $75 fee to use the fireplace.

Gratuities
It is appropriate to offer a gratuity to our custodial staff on the day of your event.

Policies
Events with a majority of underage guests must provide security either through the Kenilworth Police Department (847.251.2141) or a private security contractor.
