Not-for-Profit Rate: 10% discount

To be eligible for the Member Discount, you must be a member of the Kenilworth Club for at least one year.  Kenilworth Club members are residents of New Trier Township.  You do not need to be a member of the Kenilworth Club to rent the Club.

*Sunday of Labor Day Weekend and Memorial Weekend is the same rate as Saturday.  New Year's Eve is also the same rate as Saturday.

 

 

OUTDOOR FEES:
The outdoor area to the west of the Kenilworth Club is owned by the Kenilworth Park District and there is an extra fee to use that space:

Catering
Guests are required to select a licensed caterer which has a current liquor liability certificate from the pre-approved list provided by the Kenilworth Club. Twenty (20) 60” Round Tables seats 6-8
Four (4) 72” Round Tables seat 10-12
Fifteen (15) 8ft Banquet Tables; four (4) 6’ Banquet Tables
4 hi-boys (adjustable to cabaret size)
Club Flatware - service for 200, China and Glassware

No linen is provided.

Note:  Any furniture used outside must be rented.  Approved rental companies are Hall's Rental, Indestructo, House of Rental, Ovation, Arlington Rental, BBJ Linen and Windy City Linen.  No exceptions. 

Amenities
Fully air-conditioned, projection screen, baby grand piano (stage only), upright piano, street parking in area, outdoor lawn available for ceremonies or cocktail receptions.  There is a $75 fee to use the fireplace.

Gratuities
It is appropriate to offer a gratuity to our custodial staff on the day of your event.

Policies
Events with a majority of underage guests must provide security either through the Kenilworth Police Department (847.251.2141) or a private security contractor.
